Sub-Department of Personnel, Balance and Pensions

Under the authority of a Deputy Director, the Personnel, Payments and Pensions Branch is responsible for:

–  the ‘ EXPLOITA t ation and maintenance of computer applications Sub-live i on of Personnel, the Pay and Pensions.

– the centralization and implementation to ongoing maintenance of physical personnel files and payroll of the Ministry;

– the preparation of personnel allocation measures within the Ministry, in accordance with the organizational framework;

– career monitoring of staff;

– the development of the sectoral staff training plan of the Ministry;

– the preparation of staff management acts;

– the instruction of the disciplinary files of the personnel;

– preparation of staff disciplinary files;

– social assistance to staff and support for community and cultural life;

– the explo i tion of computer applications integrated management of State personnel and salaries;

– pension management;

– the preparation of balance items and balance accessories;

entering and validating balance of support acts recruitment , promotion, nominatio n d ‘ advancement framework and grade;

– the entry and validation balance of the allowances and various bonuses;

– the entry and validation balance of family benefits;

– setting to update the balance file;

– the examination of applications and preparation of acts of concession rights to pensions and annuities, after approval of the relevant services;

– the investigation of the files and the preparation of the acts granting the pensions of accidents of work and occupational disease.

I ‘ll e includes, besides the Head of Unit, two (02) Assistant Research Officers.

 

It includes :

– the personal service;

– the Service of the Balance and the Pensions,

– The Action Service Socia l e .

 

Under the ‘autor i ty of a Service Head, the Personnel Department is responsible for:

– the preparation of acts relating to the management of personnel;

– the management of workstations ;

– workforce planning management;

– the centralization of training needs;

– the instruction of disc records i nary personal,

– the setting for day fichie r personal .

He understands:

– the Office of Civil Servants;

– the Office of Non-Staff Personnel,

– the Bureau of the Format i on.

Under the authority of a Service Manager , the Balance and Pensions Service is responsible for :

– preparation of pay and deeds of payment;

– the processing of family benefits files;

– the preparation of the acts relating to the accessories of balance;

– seizure and the val i dation balance of the management of recruitment actions, promotion, appointment, promotion framework and grade;

–    the entry and validation balance of the allowances and various bonuses ;

–    the entry and validation balance of family benefits;

–    the setting to update the balance file;

–    the examination of applications and preparation of acts of concession rights to pensions and life annuities ap r Bachelor approval by the relevant services ;

–    the instruction of d ossiers and preparing acts conceding accident annuity wo i l and occupational disease, after approval of the relevant services;

–    the financial treatment of the files of diseases and occupational risks ;

–    the t e nu e d e l a documentation and has r chives relati ve s to the s o lde;

–    the p r separation of pension acts;

–    the establishment of pension listings;

–    d u knew i vi management Litigation balance.

He understands:

– the Office of the Balance and Various Services,

– the Pension Bureau.

P the acetamido under the authority of a Service Head , the Service Action Socia l e is responsible for:

– from ‘ personnel information on procedures ‘ support on malad i es and occupational injuries and medical care;

– su i vi of improving working conditions in serv i these;

– support for the associative and cultural life of the internal staff.

It includes :

– the Bureau of Information,

– the office of follow-up of the assumption of responsibility.
